Common questions
How do I connect Apple Health?
Open Badge & Brick, go to Settings > Apple Health, and tap Connect. Allow the data types you want to use. You can change access later in the Health app: tap your profile picture, then Apps, then Badge & Brick.
Why does my recovery score say it's still learning my normal?
The score compares each morning with your own recent history, so it needs about 7 days of Apple Watch data before it scores you. Wear your Watch to bed for sleep, heart rate variability and wrist temperature.
Can I turn the recovery score off?
Yes. Go to Settings > Apple Health and switch off the recovery score. Your workouts then follow the plan as written.
How do I back up my training log?
Your log is saved only on your iPhone. Go to Settings > Where your log is saved > Export backup and save the file to Files or iCloud Drive. Use Import backup to restore it on a new phone.
How do I delete my data?
Everything is stored only on your iPhone. To delete it all, go to Settings > Erase everything in the app, or delete the app. To stop the app reading Apple Health, tap Stop using Health in Settings, or turn off access in the Health app. We don't keep a copy, so there's nothing to delete on our side.
My Apple Fitness workout didn't show up.
Make sure Workouts and Heart Rate are allowed for Badge & Brick in the Health app, end the workout on your Watch, then open Badge & Brick. It checks for new workouts each time it opens.
How do I get the Apple Watch app?
On your iPhone, open the Watch app, scroll to Badge & Brick under Available Apps, and tap Install.
